My local seafood market in Dallas has lobster tail for $18.99 a lb vs the local kroger which has it for $6.99 a tail. Neither one specifies type of lobster and I'm waiting to hear back from the seafood market. Is it safe to assume the lobster tail at the seafood market is cold water and that what kroger has is warm water?
