P2647 honda pilot 2007.
Mhorn0817 Discussion starter · Dec 9, 2019. Long time lurker, first time poster. Got a few codes on my 2005 pilot awd Trying to start with the one cel, 2647. I took off valve and cleaned it out with carb cleaner. Replaced both vtec sensors. Code is still there. I can clear the code and it comes back on instantly, even with the car off.

Shot out a P2647 code,changed oil pressure switch just above the oil filter and the rocker arm oil pressure switch on the top of the motor . Truck runs awesome for a few days then goes into limp mode shoots out P2647 then is fine again..Any ideas ?Aug 2, 2017 · About a week ago, with 103,000 miles, I started it up and noticed the check engine, VSA, VTM-4, and warning light all came on. Drove it around a bit and it seemed to lurch when trying to change gears around 45 mph. Took it to a local shop to diagnose the codes and the mechanic pulled 1 code; P2649, rocker arm solenoid VTEC valve sensor. P2647 Code on 2007 Honda Pilot 3.5 VTEC, replaced complete solenoid unit with sensor. After warm driving, when slow down to park idle the engine light comes on and idle goes up, what next? Can replicate over and over and Code remains P26471- start you car till you reach the operating temperature.-> stop the engine. 2- add the engine flush. 3- start the engine again and keep it idling for 10 minutes. ( you can use the dashboard timer screen in the car) 4- stop the engine. 5- drain the oil and install a new oil filter.

Although it's been several weeks, I posted earlier regarding my 2006 Honda Pilot with a code P2647 - "A Rocker Arm Actuator Control System Stuck On For Variable Cylinder Management System".
