Reduvia +9 is just shy of 100 bleed for me and Misericorde +24 at over 110. I have 60 arcane. Reduvia has the advantage of it not taking your hp for the ash skill but once you have enough vigor it isn’t as big of a deal if your aren’t constant using it on everything.

I don't run dex arcane builds so I don't use reduvia, and I don't like it's ash of war. I do run faith dex builds and have used the black knife and the blade of calling. When I run dex int I have used the glintstone kris and a magic misercorde. Reduvia every time. Its a monster of a bleed weapon, probably the best in the game.
