OP, my understanding is this is not uncommon on the P365 platform. My P365XL is the same way (slight gap at the front). My Macro is flat. I believe it's a little tolerance stacking issue with the milling. Not to worry, from a functional standpoint, it's a non-issue. My 507k has been installed on my 365XL for a year with 1000+ rounds.
